- First Applicants will have to visit the DDA official website http://dda.org.in.
- Read the DDA Housing scheme Instruction before apply.
- There are three steps for DDA Flat Booking 2021
- 1. Registration 2. Fill online Application Form 3. Make Application Fee (Online Payment)
- The Applicants can go to DDA website directly via this direct link https://eservices.dda.org.in/
- Now click on DDA Housing Scheme 2021 Registration link https://eservices.dda.org.in/user/register
- After that Enter Name, Email Id , Mobile No. , PAN no. Date of Birth, Aadhar card no. and click on Request for OTP button.
- The user id and password will be sent to registered mobile no. & email id.
- PAN Card no. will be used as Login id.
- Once you get the User Id and Password then login to https://eservices.dda.org.in/scheme/login/p2 link and enter all the Personal Details, Bank Details, Select Flat (HIG/MIG/LIG/EWS) and Location, and address details.
- upload photo & signature. (Passport size photograph & signaure of the applicant should be in JPG or PNG or JPEG format and Its size should not be more than 50KB)
- If both the husband and wife apply separately, then the applicant will have to mention the application number of the wife / husband.
- Now Applicant will have to pay application amount (Fee) via Netbanking, NEFT or RTGS.
- when the applicant make successful payment. Take a Screenshot or download the Application Fee slip in pdf format.
- now the Applicant can download & Print DDA Housing Scheme 2021 Application form.
