What is E-EPIC (Digital Voter Id Card)?
E-EPIC full form is electoral photo identity card (EPIC). The digital photo identity card or e-elector photo identity card is simply the digital version of the voter id card that you can also save in facilities like the government-empowered Digi Locker.
The E-EPIC is a new portable pdf version of EPIC. The New Digital Voter ID Card or E-EPIC can be downloaded on your mobile phone or in a self-printable form on the laptop.

Five State’s Citizens can download e-Epic Digital Voter Id Card
The New initiative, Digital Voter Id Card or E-EPIC will first be implemented in poll-bound states of West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Assam, Kerala and Puducherry.

How to Download Digital Voter id Card (e-EPIC) Online?
- First Voters will have to open the Voter portal i.e http://voterportal.eci.gov.in.
- The Voter will have to Register using Epic No.
- Here the Voter will have verify the Registered mobile no. Or email id.
- The OTP will be sent to registered mobile no. And after that voter can download the E-Epic.
- Take print out of the Digital Voter Id Card (E-Epic)
What if Mobile Number is not Registered with Enroll in EPIC (Voter Id)
If the voter’s mobile number not registered in Eroll, click on e-KYC link to complete the KYC first. Pass the face liveness verification and update your mobile number to complete KYC. After KYC is done a voter can download e-EPIC (Digital Voter Id Card).
